I Confirm that I have read and agree to the below terms and conditions:
- All Information provided as part of this Initial Application for Approval is correct.
- I understand that submitting the Initial Application does not guarantee that my Institution will be approved as an 'Approved Delivery Centre.'

I agree to pay the total one-time Approval Fee of INR 300,000/- as per the details below:
- INR 10,000/- along with this Initial Application as a non-refundable fee.
- INR 140,000/- as a non-refundable fee within seven days of receipt of confirmation of Passing the Initial Approval Stage and request for providing more information.
- INR 150,000/- as a non-refundable fee one week prior to the inspection date.
- I agree to follow the timelines set by QAI UK to complete the 'Approved Delivery Centre' process.
- I agree that my application may not progress further if we do not adhere to the timelines set by QAI UK.
- I agree to adhere to QAI UK's delivery, assessment and certification guidelines for all qualifications offered by us from the Institutions once we are approved as an 'Approved Delivery Centre.'
- I agree to follow all guidelines, policies and processes provided by QAI UK once the Institution is approved as an 'Approved Delivery Centre.'
- Any Approval will only be official when confirmed in writing by QAI UK, and it will be limited by the terms of that written confirmation.
- The terms and conditions in this Application and subsequent approval are subject to variation at QAI UK's sole discretion.
- I agree that the Institution will not begin any promotion, marketing, or enrolment unless it receives the 'Approved Delivery Centre' confirmation.
- The person signing this Application is authorised to act as the Centre's contact for this Application.
