Qualifications and Assessments International (QAI) is a UK-based, non-regulated, international provider of assessments, professional programmes, and courses. It also undertakes assessment of prior learning. The programmes and courses are mapped to the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The English language proficiency certification (GETS Higher), is independently benchmarked by Ecctis. Ecctis is a trusted provider of solutions and services in international education, training and skills to governments, awarding organisations and education providers around the world, supporting the global portability of programmes and courses for over 25 years.
We offer specialised Diagnostics, Training, Assessment, and Certification suited for Healthcare Professionals (Nurses and Caregivers). The programmes and courses are mapped to the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
This programme is for those who have passed the 10+2 exam with 60% or more and are interested in preparing to be eligible for a job as a caregiver in the UK.
This 1,200-hour (120-credit) programme is mapped to Level 4 of the RQF England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. It includes a 3-month internship as part of the ten-module programme

This programme is for those who have completed their B.Sc. in Nursing or the GNM Programme and are desirous of preparing for a job in the UK as a Nursing Assistant, Junior Nurse, Trainee Nurse, or Nurse.
It is a 200 hours of total qualification time programme. It has Three-modules. The first is an Introduction to British Health and Caregiving, the second being an English for Specific Purposes module and the last is a module on Interpersonal Skills and Professional Conduct.
This programme is designed for individuals working or preparing to work in the healthcare sector as caregivers, nurses, social care or allied healthcare support personnel. It covers Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking as the key skills. One of the key highlights of the programme is that, alongside developing general English skills, the programme also helps develop the vocabulary and use of English in an integrated way and the context of the healthcare sector.
The programme is developed at the B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), the world standard with assessment and certification representing the outcomes below A2, A2, B1, B2 and above B2.

GETS Nursing is a modular English language test designed specifically to assess the English language skills of nurses and caregivers in a healthcare context. It tests their ability in four language skills, Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Candidates can choose to sit all four modules together or as separate tests in any possible combination. The results are mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the international standard for describing language ability.
Nursing and Medical colleges, specific purpose training institutes, universities and other higher education institutions use GETS Nursing to measure their students’ level of English in the context of healthcare.
GETS Nursing can be administered as both a paper-based and a computer-based test.

The aim of this module is to develop your awareness of the fundamental characteristics of the British health and caregiving sectors. It broadens your knowledge of the multidisciplinary approach to healthcare and social care in the UK, cross-cultural factors and challenges, the British culture of speaking up and questioning decisions and the roles and responsibilities of health and caregiving professionals. Additionally, you will learn about life in the UK and the recruitment processes for a wide range of positions within the British health and caregiving sectors.
This module enhances your proficiency in the English language by focusing on the core areas of speak- ing, listening, reading, and writing. It begins with building foundational General English skills essential for effective communication in both professional and social contexts. The module then advances to devel- oping your English language skills specifically within a health and care context, enabling you to navigate the linguistic challenges inherent in these fields with confidence and competence. Finally, this module prepares you for the GETS Nursing test, which assesses the English language proficiency of healthcare professionals. It focuses on enhancing the language skills required to achieve Level B2 in the examination.
This module covers the foundational principles of ethics and professional conduct within health and care and builds and assesses the emotional competencies necessary for delivering compassionate and patient-centred care. Additionally, it teaches you how to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism and clarity, while also helping you master non-verbal communication techniques.
